Sun Pacific College - Activity - Open Water Diving Course - Part 2

Sun Pacific College encourage our students to take Open Water Diving License in English. It is not only English learning purpose, but also expericing Cairns Wild Nature.

Last weekend, some students went to Great Barieer Reef.

Due to the Cyclone, Yasi, Visibility of water is not as good as normal, but
still beautiful emerald green water!!

Overall, the great thing of Diving is that students can build great fridendship with other students and passangers. Not only that students are speaking English all the time and, also to learn diving theories make them learn English in more practial ways.

Sun Pacific College have Free Intro Diving lessons every month.
Many Students who joined Intro Diving would like to join real divings in Great  Barrier Reef.

We would like to introduce you Diving Course held last weekend.

To take off masks in the water is a little bit scary..

Many students feel worried about if they can understand the lecture in English, but there is some secret.. Students study theory in their own language before they actually join the diving course.

Next week we are going to Great Barrier Reef!!!

Sun Pacific College - Free evening Lessons -

Our Students living in the dormitory are encouraged to attend free evening lessons from Monday to Thursday everyday.

We would like to introduce the lessons today.
Matt is a teacher who helps especially Elementary and Pre-Intermediate class students. Students are enjoying the class as well as our normal English classes and studying very very hard!!

We hope those students improve their English quickly!!

Students experienced amazing water world on 16th of January.
A free introductory diving class was held in our facility.

Students study Theory in English. (Students faces are so serious!! More serious than our class??)

Instructors explained how to use air tank.

Dived in Great Barrier Reef? NO NO NO in the swimming pool

Instructors explained to students very well so that they understand well.

Students enjoyed a lot and many of them have decided to go to Great Barrier Reef to have real diving next weekend..

Sun Pacific College is having a Free Intro Diving Class this weekend.
The class will be held in our Swimming pool.
Professional Divers are coming to give students a lecture and they can experience a beautiful water world.

He is a friendly Italian who is loved by every student in Sun Pacific College.

Sun Pacific College - Facility - Fire Security

Sun Pacific College has a regular visit of Fire Security People.
Since Sun Pacific College has Student Accommodation, we need extra care for fire security.
They check every one of facilites our students safety.

The system next to him is connected to Queensland Fire Rescue Service (Fire Department in Cairns) directly

and if anything happens, the alarm let the Fire Department know and Fire Engines come.

We admire those people's hard work.
Thanks to them, Sun Pacific College students are safe to study and live here.
